tm 500 lip sync

hi all new member here,i have a tm 500 and the problem is ,is that on a few stations the programmes are lip syncing .they are talking 2/3 seconds later.i was wondering is there any software out for this problem.. jhaye2x
 
you are correct it is that firmware.what would you recommend to use. jhaye2x

cheers nanochickin for getting back.if i delete all the info on version underground resistance,what version (software) do you think would be best suited for the tm 500.my serial port is broke so i have to FTP all the info accross.
