Trying to add transponder on hellas and keeps rebooting when i enter Tp, Can some one help me, Thanks

I used to have a TM 6900 and if I recall correctly this problem is caused by the memory being full. Try deleting some dead transponders (not necessarily on 39 E) and then try to add new ones.
