I thought my remote had died, so ordered a new one and it still isn't working. It IS the right one.. someone then told me that it might be a swap between type 1 and 2 remotes, that in fact the box may have reset itself? The software has been dodgy for a few weeks now, jumping randomly to channels, even on different satellites at will with no encouragement from me, and very annoying too! Question is, without the remote working I can't access the menu, so can't switch back to a different type.. any clues anyone? A kind person at SSat told me there might be a code to type in which will allow me to access this too? Ideas please, don't want to throw the box out just yet..
