tm5500dapci no sound

Hi
i have a teconomate tm5500dapci everyting working but silent movies
sound turned up full but no volum very low if you listen you can hear when
your close to speaker i cheked all settings and used scart but no good
has anyone got data sheet or service sheet for same tanking you all

when you say volume up all the way, just to state the obvious, is that on the technomate? ;) Also make sure the scart connecters are pushed all the way home.

Well probably like a lot of other members I am confused, you mention silent movies, what sound are you expecting on a silent movie? With silent movies there is no talking only some piano accompaniment!

Or is the problem that when watching films there is no sound at all?

Or is this when watching any channel?

Is your stb using manufacturer's firmware or is it flashed with an unofficial patch?

No if you listen to the speaker you can hear what they are saying
but cannot rais it

But is that a problem of the TV or the STB?
Both have amplification circuits in them! is the TV OK on terrestrial TV?
