Sad to hear that Tom Lodge, one of the original DJ's on Radio Caroline has died of cancer. Back in those previously music starved days of the '60s he was a welcome regular voice from the North ship
 
Gosh, thanks for letting us know.

Memory plays tricks but I am sure that I remember hearing his tones on Radio Caroline North in the sixties. It's not the same station now as it once was but his voice could still be heard in promotional adverts.

RIP Tom.
