i have a metronic touch box 3 satellite receiver which has been working fine. i cannot now find sirius 2 or the new sirius 4.i was receiving channels from the ukraine,now i cant.please help.

Click here and look at the details you may just need to re-scan, your motor may be not functioning or your dish has moved. Can you receive anything at all? When did you last get them?
 
i can still get all the channels i had before except the ukrainish channels which i want for my wife. i understand that sirius 2 has been stopped and now it is sirius 4. i am a novice how do i reset my touch box to receive sirius 4 ,i have a motorised system. :confused:
 
Well you just need to move the dish to 4.8 East then set your stb to the frequency of the channel you want check that here change SR and fec then do a scan. I do not know how your stb works but for sure you will need to re-scan on the new frequency.
