TPS and Viaccess

Hi Guys, Using a patched Fortec Lifetime Ultra with latest software (2.9) but unsure if I can update with daily keys (hex or aes - sorry, keys not my strength...) I believe TPS have changed to a slightly different encryption alternatively, is it time to get a better receiver? thanks
