TPS Problems

i have a conax blue titanium smart card and matrix reloaded cam yesterday i was watching all tps (movies etc.) and all multivision channels and today theyre not working, so i went into menu common interface mr.070 then card information and it said insert available card with cam and yesterday it said conax card inserted please help what is the problem???
im using echostar ad-3000ip.

TP$ is transitioning at the moment, so wait and see. Nobody from here works for TP$ so we're not sure either.
