Saw the heading "Traffic Offence " and thought that you had been caught by the local plod driving your electric scooter down to the station

I must admit Mr LEE is very young to be a) an accountant,
to be driving, c) to be caught speeding and c) to be out on his own. I did read the summons right? DOB and date of offence are the same? Or is my Age Related Macular Degeneration making me read the print wrongly again?
