Transformer for Alsat GBOX V2000?

I don't suppose anyone has one of these and is able to measure the output voltages for me please? Mine died this afternoon, the primary winding has gone OC so I'm hoping I can just find a replacement Xformer online rather than buy a complete new unit. There are two secondarys, one white and one yellow.
 
Sorry for sudden death of your positioner :-crying . I think all of the positioners have transformers with 2 outputs: 12V for running all the internal electronics and 36V to drive actuator. Main issue here physical size of new transformer, so it fits inside the body of positioner. secondly, 36V should be powerfulll enough to drive actuator, at least 3-4 Ampers. If you get big transformer it is also possible to place it near positioner and just connect via long cable (I have had such idea, but that still under construction). BTW, I have bought used positioner another day for 10 bucks., no remote came with it, but I see no need for that.
 
That doesn't sound like it will be so easy to source if it's got those kind of voltages. I noticed the wire diameter is considerably different on each winding so you're probably right. I'll watch the dreaded Bay for a couple of weeks and see if anything comes up but I found new Vbox's for £25 delivered so it's hardly worth the bother of repairing.
 
About a year ago I have purchased positioner from USA. In the description provided by seller vas written 120-230V, so I did believe seller, and after plugging positioner to 220V socket it exploded with some noise and pretty bad smell. Then I opened an issue via e-bay, and seller was forced to give all my money back and broken device stayed as my property, cuz it would cost additional money for shipping across the pond. In addition e-bay gave me 10$ coupon as a pain-money for my future purchases.
Than I’ve got transformer changed, but same like you could not find proper replacement, so 1 transformer was replaced by 2. First (very small one) 12V for electronics and big one 24V for actuator. And this setup still works for me fine and drives 1,5m PFA from 90*E to 30*W in just one minute. If I had 36V transformer than antenna would move maybe lit bit faster.
If you sure that in your positioner has only transformer problem than I would suggest to fix it, will not cost you a fortune. You can find some second hand analog SAT-receivers for almost no money, but good thing that some of those receivers have internal positioners, that mean same type of transformers you need. Attached pictures: My working positioner fixed, and second one – rest of my positioner stuff (2 analog tuners with positioners +3 positioners). And forgot, on the attic I have another positioner that came with 120cm PFA and actuator (all original Kathrein, about 20 years old but still in ship shape condition).

I thought it useful to add this info should anyone come googling, I found a really good deal on a new Gbox so bought a replacement positioner, I've had the lid off it today to meter the transformer and it's 15V on the white winding and 36V on the yellow. This isnt something I'm going to find 'off the shelf' so was thinking I might shoe-horn in a 2 x 15V secondary (and accept a slightly reduced motor speed) as these can be picked up for a few quid so making a cost effective repair and giving me a spare.
