Transit of Venus

Looks like those with a clear view will get a chance to see another rare event ..which only happens ever 100+ years ..
Venus in transit accross the surface of the sun...in sync with the earths motion.
Apparently it will be visible in the early hours tomorrow in the UK...
But that of course requires no cloud and good visibility..
Yeah ...good luck with that ..
I believe there is an Horizon on the beeb tonight at 9pm ..covering the subject.

I couldn't see any of it where I was staying (and quite a few others had too much cloud cover)
