90cm - Turksat 42E
All dish have quad LNB

Hi,

I just googled for a while, but couldn't find the answers.

How we can determinate beam name of transponder from NID , SDT, CAT or PAT table while scanning with transport stream analyzer such as TS Reader.

I saw something like this:
Network ID: 5 (0x0005)
Transport Stream ID: 1 (0x0001)
Original Network ID: 42 (0x002a) Version: 2
Descriptor: Network Name Descriptor
DVB-S Orbital Position: 42.0W
Frequency: 12.729 GHz
Modulation: QPSK, DVB-S

I know looking for a satellite site, such as flysat, lyngsat would be answer. But I am looking for a technical answer. How I can find beam name of transponder? Help me out guys :)

Not sure what you mean by 'beam name'. It you mean the name of the channel and its associated PIDs, the left hand window will tell you all you need to know if you open the PMT PID for any of the programs on that transponder.

Each satellite has its own beacon frequency. Is that what you are looking for ?
 
No, he asks for TP # and name.

For example, historically, most strong TP on russian sats is TP #6.
 
Let me give you an example:

I am scanning transponders on 42 East, I found 11111 V 27500, But there is more than 3 beam (footprint) than can dish pick up. How can I know which transponder associated with which beam (footprint). There should be a technical description in transponder NIT, SDT or CAT table. If there is not, how could satellite listing sites such as flysat, lyngsat, tracksat, kingofsat finds beam name (e.g. Europe beam) ?

I'm also interested in that, found no information.
 
I sent an email regarding the subject to satellite operators (Intelsat, Hotbird, SES-Astra) to get some answers 2-3 days ago. Still looking for :)
