Transponder Edit Problem

Hello Guys.
I am new at this site and even new to using DM 500S and i getting a big problem with my DM so please help me if posiible.

I have Transponder Edit Problem with my DM , i cant edit and add transponders, my DM always restart automatically when ever i click at Transponder Edit option .
Can some one please guide me to solve this issue??
