Transponder frequency conversion

My Satellite Setup
It's a seated coastal 24 Marine sattelite
My Location
Philippines
I have a sea Tel coastal Sattelite system whose control unit can only accommodate 4 digit frequency up to 4095.
Can anyone tell me the formula for converting 5 digit transponder not a 4 digits?
