Transponder Problem

My Satellite Setup
1500 Technomate, 1m Gibertini dish, Smart 0.2 Titanium lnb
My Location
Hull
Hello,

My mates satellite set up as gone a bit dodgy, its not picking up any signal on any transponders above 11.600, it picks them all up below that but no channels were the transponder is above 11.600 odd.

is this a dish problem (blown off course0 or is it a LNB problem ?
any ideas please

My Satellite Setup
Technomate 5402 HD M2 Ci, DM7000s, Transparent 80cm Dish, Moteck SG2100 DiseqC motor, lots of legacy gear. Meters: Satlook Digital NIT, Promax HD Ranger+ spectrum analyser.

Check in the LNB/Satellite menu, see if the LNB is set to Universal and that 22Khz switching is on Auto. It sounds like your mate's LNB is not switching or not being switched to High band by the receiver.
