Guys, I've got a situation here.
I'm on Nilesat 7W and i'm having weird issues on the showtime and JSC packages. I got strong signal (between 79% and 92% on my Dreambox 500s) but I'm having some issues in getting some transponders right. Note that i'm also using a diseqc to connect my secondary dish (Badr 6). Now, on Nilesat all showtime transponders are working fine except for the ones holding Discovery Science, Animal Planet Sky News, and JSC +5, +6, +7, +8, +9, and +10. Signal is strong for each of those but image is broken with no audio as well. On Badr 6 the whole JSC package is working brilliantly with no quality loss at all. When I run a manual scan on those specific transponders it comes back empty with no services. My understanding is when u don't get a signal in a specific transponder you won't be able to get the channels inside, right? which explains why the scan is returning null results. but in my case I already have sky news, disco science, animal planet, etc. but they're not working at all
Question: where could this problem come from? is there a problem on Nilesat at the moment? is it due to my LNB? is it the diseqc which is messing with me? how come that in a specific transponder some channels are picked up and other are not? This situation is honestly driving me nuts)(-red
Thanks in aadvance for your support
