Whats the symbol rate for frequencies with channels which are PAL..???
Assuming you mean those described as PAL in channel lists such as Lyngsat's, these are analogue transmissions and therefore do not have symbol rates (only used in MPEG systems).

Yesss...but what number do i press in symbol rate?.. 0?.. when i add the frequencies it asks me to put a symbol rate?.. what shall i enter?

If you dont have a combined digital / analogue receiver, you cant get the PAL channels. *Most* analogue services are available in fta digital, although you might have to change satellite.

I have a digital receiver... i dont know whether it works with PAL.. but i think it does.. (thats what it says in user guide).. My receiver is TEchnosat 9800 omega.. How can i get a PAL channel ???

Dont get mixed up with it outputting a pal signal ( so you can use it on your tv set, PAL being the transmission standard), and it being suital for MPEG (digital) and pal (analogue) reception. I think you will find its a digital only receiver, although I will stand corrected if im wrong. If so, you dont get the analogue channels, you find the equivalent digital service. Which channels are you interested in ?

DSF is fta on 19E digital, and is as strong as anything else . Current freq is 12480V 27500 3/4 via Astra 1H. If you are having problems receiving them, its not due to signal strength.

They have been clear everytime Ive had a look at it in the past. They have "Sexy Sport " on in the late evenings :D :D
