Apparently they were welding on the roof, obviously the building contractors didn't use fire retardant building materials... :blink:

Like most american homes, that building just appeared to be a wooden shack, hence why you see them flattened in all natural and man-made disasters, about the only solid part of them is the concrete slab they build the houses ontop of, and if that breaks, the house deforms and falls apart... :-doh
