I have in use triax tx 100 cable on my motorized system, but i am putting up a new motorized system and moving it to the bottom of the garden.
Is the triax rg6 good enough for a run of about 20m and will be underground in some sort of tubing. and wont be exposed, apart from the bit of cable on the dish.

I know there is a lot of bad rg6 out there, but is the triax stuff any good, dont really want to get the tx 100, as im on a bit of a budget and with getting the channel master etc it has cost a bit.

No problem with the Triax RG6, I'd prefer to use a copper core and screened cable, but the RG6 will give very similar performance.

I have heard with rg6 that over the years it will wear away, but is the triax rg6 better quality than your avarege rg6.

It's a reasonable quality RG6, so should be as good as any.

Yes agree, Triax and Webro RG6 is the better grade.

Thought the triax tx 100 was all copper anyway, but yes I agree the webro rg6 is good stuff, not all copper, but a third of the cost of wf100.
