trouble erasing tit

tried to upgrade with banana prog got
( error erasing card) tried numerous times same result.i then tried all the older progs got as far as
(restore loader)
80 E4 00 00 00 -76D 00
->error:restore failed
->try again.well i tried again &______________________________________________________________again
same result,any hope or bin the next soulation
 
I use the TMB Editor to erase the tit before using the Banana Loader - you will find the 2.2 version a few posts down from this.
