Trouble in Switzerland

Sky Digital with 80cm Dish

Le Tzoumaz, Switzerland
Hi All
Can anyone hepl me. I have just installed an 80cm dish in La Tzoumaz. I am getting all channels except the BBC and ITV channels. What could be the reason for this?

According to reports from Switzerland ( http://www.astra2d.com/switzerland.htm ), 80 cm should do the trick if my geography is good enough.
The channels you mention are though the weakest.
If your dish is not in perfect alignment it could be the cause. Also skew is very important.
What signal and quality readings do get from the default transponder?
