Troubleshooting Gbox

Hi,
I would be very gratefull to anyone who really knows Gbox to give us some help.

I've setup the Dline config, the routers etc.
My friends appears "green" in my gbox media plugin. But I appear "red" to him.
We've setup the ports and port-forwarding and I can see no blocks on my end of the firewall.
Can someone give me some clues as to where the problem is given that I can "see" him and he cant see me?

should be some port forwarding problems the only thing that normally make you red...

he needs to do port-forwarding and make sure the ip gets update
