Trying to change transponder

My Satellite Setup
Dish on Astra 28.2, quad lnb, 2 freesat tv's and 1 digibox
My Location
UK, Essex
The signal quality of ch800 QVC is 0% on one of my freesat tv's, I checked it's transponder - 11493 H/L.
So I checked the other freesat tv and that one is set to 10817 V/R and quality is 35%.
So I tried to change the first tv transponder but it does not stick, when I exit the menu and go back in the transponder has changed
back to the original.
How can I improve the signal quality on the first tv?

11493H is the correct transponder for QVC, 10817V contains BBC channels. On the TV where QVC works, 35% quality sounds low, it could be your dish needs realigning or the LNB and/or cables & connectors are past their best.

Thank you for your reply. I am starting to think that way, I think a proper engineer is called for!

Good luck finding a satellite engineer - they are a dying breed. Sky will just try to get you to switch to their online service, many of their dish installation guys have been let go in recent months.
