Advice Needed TS Reader - Cant Connect To Socket Error Message ?

Hi,

I have just tried to use TS Reader for the first time in a while and am getting a "Cant Connect To Socket" error message. The IP address is set to 127.0.0.1 and the port is 6969.

If I cancel the error message dialogue box it closes down the program. Any suggestions to get it working most appreciated.
