tuner si2166d issues

hello,
I think that this problem is well knowned but I don't know if there is a solution.
I have AX HD 61 with
si2166d tuner

Tuner A can not show some multistream channels while tuner b have no signal on trasponder higher than 12700

do you have any suggestion?
