Tuning 19e

Hi,
I have a Ferguson SRD 6, and I am having trouble tuning it to 19e. Does anyone know anything about this box?? Anyone know how to get rid of the green screen that appears??

Haven't seen one of those for a long time Cotti, can you bring up the menu screen?

If you can, then go to www.lyngsat.com, navigate to 19.2 East and find the frequency of an analogue channel and set up the frequency on the receiver. Once you've done that, you can start trying to find the satellite.

PS. Ensure that the LNB settings are correct for your LNB.

Yes, I can get to the menu screens. I have a universal LNB. Do you know where I could get a manual for the box???

I have tried to set up the box again but I get nothing but a green screen. Does this mean that my box is broken??
