tuning dish to what freq

When i finally get my dish and set it up on 28.2E what is the best =strongest channel/frequency to tune to:-thumb1

From the UK you can choose anything you like that is listed here

Yeah, anything will do, I tend to use 10773H, just because I can remember it, and its FTA BBC1 London, which is right for my area.

Fank noo gentlemen;) bbc1 it is, im not to sure the reciever "fs4200" has the sat 28.2 pretuned already in it or wether i will have to put the details in.The handbook is useless, i need 2x glasses to read it, and then its still small print
