Tuning in BBC HD

Does anybody know if tuning-in BBC HD interferes with Channel 4 HD? Everytime I manually tune-in BBC HD on my Mvision HD200 combo, Channel 4 HD
disappears and visa-versa! This only started to happen when BBC HD switched to DVB-S2, QPSK!
 
Well as a general rule there is no problem, or there would have been lots of howling from the punters.


But as you are having an issue with it, some head-scratching will be required.


So, can you confirm it's just BBC HD/Ch 4 HD that appears to be a problem and the BBC1 HD/Ch4 HD - BBC HD and BBC1 HD being on the same TP.
 
Thanks for the reply! Yeah BBC HD/BBC1 HD disappear! I'm only left with one stable FTA HD channel ITV1 HD and a choice of BBCHD/BBC1HD or Channel 4HD depending which I manual tuned-in last! I know it's a strange one alright! I have deleted the channels before re scanning and I have deleted astra 2a2d and rescanned as well! and same outcome!!
 
Rather than doing a channel rescan can you do a new install?
 
Mystery solved! I hate to accept the blame but I was editing the TP instead of adding new TP! I will go hang my head in shame!!!
 
Ah, but who amongst us hasn't missed the bl**ding obvious at one time or another?! :D
 
And have a house point for having the courage to come back and tell us.
