9.4dB needed for 18.657 LH, quite a challenge.

A question: What are the Crazy Scan settings to reach these frequencies?
I tried, but I can't get anything below 18900.
Even though I don't have a suitable LNB, I wanted to try setting this value.

I use the same Norsat Ka band lnb as well - a very useful lnb due to it being able to receive well into the bottom end of Band B but with less gain as to be expected.
Ka reception levels dropped dramatically here in Central UK about nine months ago - the CS plot shown is from my 1.2m Gibby

I haven't personally tried the CS but with EBSPro I can blind scan the whole range between 18.350 - 19.550 GHz.

The settings are here:

18.657 LH is about the same level as 18.633 LH but still more than 2dB shy of lock...
This is with 2.4m on an Egis motor. The reception sensitivity is far more obvious compared to Ku band, the antenna needs to be tracked quite frequently in order to receive the maximum signal.

This transponder is currently working again. Signal with a 2.20m dish.

Which means I have to tweak and test a lot.
 
Did some tweaking (not much though) but it seems the strength of these transponders fluctuates a lot.
Or I was just "lucky" to start experimenting with this satellite exactly at the time of setting up this mux by the provider.

18.657 LH is 3 dB weaker again and below treshold. Contrary 18.633 LH seem to be stable 24/7.
Or, is it the weather that influences so much on the uplink site? Could be rainy & stormy in Africa...
