Having just pulled the plug on moving house, my attention returns to playing with Sat stuff.
Already re-mounted the TD110 (complete with new arm kindly supplied by a helpful Forum Member) on an H-H Motor on my Patio Mount, taking care to weigh the slab down with a couple of 25Kg sacks of sand so it doesn't get blown over again. Not sure what to use it for yet (Please, nobody mention C Band ................... !!).
Anyway, whilst rummaging around in the bits and bobs cupboard, I found a Zone 1 Mini-dish looking at me, just begging to be given an airing.
Never managed to get the louder bits of Turksat before owing to local trees etc, but Dishpointer has identified one practical location I've not tried before.
So, my question is: Will setting the Sky LNB skew to position "1" suffice, or should I skew the entire dish (not as neat, obviously, but the two bolts holding the dish bracket to the arm have got slotted holes allowing for a fair bit of "skew")?
Edit: Desired Skew -26deg ................ but does anyone know if that is within the range of adjustment of a Sky LNB for a level dish? I suppose I could actually measure it with a plumb bob and protractor but if someone actually knows what skew angle corresponds to the ratchet numbers on the LNB it would be helpful.
