"TV AERIAL" and "TV/VCR" Connection

Hello.
Can someone please explain to me what these connections in the back of the relook 400s are for?
As long as i understand, they are for a regular antenna connection, but for what purpose? Can u see the regular antenna signal also in the relook? For recording maybe? Because i cant find out how.

What i understand is that i can connect the regular antenna cable to the "TV AERIAL" and then connect another cable from the "TV/VCR" to the "Antenna IN" in a regular VCR. But that is completely unnecessary, since i can connect the regular antenna cable direct to the VCR without the need for the relook.
So... What is it for????

Some help to easy my curiosity is much appreciate.

Tkx from Cabo Verde.

As with any RF modulator output, you can record programmes on your VCR from the Relook VCR RF output if you don't or cannot use the other output facilities provided.
