This channel is positioned as "1st mystical", channel focused on scifi and mystical movies.

Could someone please tell me; do I need some kind of special LNB to receieve this channel? I can't get any of the channels on this transponder.

Im using a dreambox and a 72cm dish with sirius (on the side) with hotbird in the center. Great quality and the other TP:s on sirius 4,8.

Getting it ok in UK with 1.1m dish.

So then i shouldnt have any problems to get it here in Stockholm I think.
But whats with that low symbol rate? Does universal LNB's pick them? I dont get any channels when searching the frequency. Some special setting? Im using a dreambox 7000 by the way.

Haven't tried my 80cm - too cold down where that feeds into!

Can we have a Brass Monkey Smiley, please?!

I imagine most of us are using Universal LNBs, so the SR isn't a problem in that respect.

No idea about the DM's capabilities with low SR, but I should have thought they'd handle down to around 1000 ?

Could you please check if these settings are correct?

The problem with this channel is, that it's signal is pretty low in Baltic states and Nordic countries. I could get it, because Sirius is on the center on my dish (90cm), but many people from Latvia can't get it, because Sirius usually isn't on the center of their dishes. Very popular "trio" that we have here - Sirius - Hotbird - Astra 1 (using multifeeds).
But, even for me, first snow and BER. Even bigger snow - signal is lost.

The same channel at Eutelsat W4, 36E - 11727L/27500, V or H instead L .
1.2m dish, Varna Bulgaria.

Sometimes the low symbol rate channels do not appear after a blind search.

So you might have to search the transponder manually and put in the symbol rate with a zero first so a symbol rate of 9404 has to be put in as "09404".

The symbol rate setting is wrong, it says "94040" when it should be "09404". :)

Thanks, I tried it but still no go.. I get nothing. Also tried hooking up my old echostar fta receiver and it also doesnt find anything on that frequence. 0% signal. The dreambox shows around 20% and a lot of BER but cant even get the channel names.. and other tips?

But I get all the other TP's great on sirius, and on this one i get nothing :( is there something special with this one?

Nope. Came up very straightforwardly.
