Tv5 monde europe ceased broadcasting on hotbird

I just dicovered that the Astra 1 (SD) version carries EPG data! Can come handy!
 
as for now I get both tv5 on Astra1

FBS on 12129 V 29500 HD
EUROPE on 11538 V 22000 SD with subs in many languages
 
and 0.8W has
tv5FBS and TV Europe both in HD at 12643 V 28800
 
I see the 1W transponder also carries other versions under PowerVu encryption;
Which kind of decoder"does " Powevu"?
 
Some softcams were opening some PV channels a while back. Not sure what the situation is these days as I only bother with fta stuff.
