The Spanish national broadcaster, TVE Internacional, have stated that they will, after a short delay, be launching on the Sky Digital platform on 3rd November 2003. The EPG number has yet to be announced, but is likely to be EPG 831 or 833. The channel will be part of the Sky Family Package. The article from TVE states that another European broadcaster, Deutche Welle (DW-tv) will also be launching on the Sky Digital platform shortly. The article states that TV5, TVE and DW are being put on the Sky platform to aid students learning a foriegn language in the UK.
