Help Required TVM Malta?

Does anyone know if TVM Malta is broadcast on any satellite - either FTA or encrypted? Live - TVM

Has it ever been available through satellite?

Not as far as I can see, it is however streamed on-line

Nope - its one of the few European countries without any satellite carriage at all.

Yes Malta is a very elusive one European TV-wise!

The only time I've seen their TV was on a cruise ship last summer when I received their DVB-T SD/HD multiplexes on my USB terrestrial tuner just off the Maltese coast (could see the transmitter on top of the Portomaso Tower!)
