Hi all
I've been sitting happily watching my sky HD box and then suddenly the no sat error 25 appeared. I have one of those Pace hd boxes that have a reported fault on them.
Anyway i have a quad lnb with twin feed to the box, sat signal on input one fine but input two not locked so i swapped the cables over and the same fault occured, although the box works fine on single feed. my first impression was a tuner fault however after reading about the pace boxes it could have been a cabling issue. Conclusion i decided to change the hard drive and it now works fine on both feeds.
my question is Why?
does the hard drive come preloaded with software that has become corrupt any ideas what caused the fault
