Deep in the Boonies in the central Sierra Nevada mountains of California.
These have been reported to many 911 centers as UFO's.

I saw them go over and they do look like big UFO's, at 50,000 feet you can't tell what they are, look at the "project LOON" web site for more info on these
 
I thought the design was almost complete transparent based on the images.

If not Google has missed a trick.
 
I saw them quite clearly from my location, the battery on the Canon zoom camera was dead, or I would have some photos, all 4 that I saw were white on the bottom, it may be the reflective coating for the WIFI signals.
