Unable to download receiver software

My Satellite Setup
Metronic receiver
I am trying to download the Metronic software patch, given in the respective forum site as h**p://www.satellites.co.uk/php-bin/forum/showthread.php?p=172707#post172707 with instructions to change * for 't'. When I do this, I get a message from administration that says that I do not have permission to access this page, even though I am registered. Can you help me with this problem? Thanks
 
The patch downloads have been disabled, as they contain keys and the forum rules do not allow the posting keys or files which contain them.
