Unable to update files on MR

Hi guys,

Using a Matrix Reloaded CAM, normally programme via 'CAS' interface on an Echostar AD3600. REcently, unable to programme as receiver states 'initialising CAM' and does not proceed to allow input?

Any advice?
 
what files are you trying to load?
