)(-red I have been ringing Wizard satellite since Monday morning, sent 2 emails and I can't get hold of anybody. Are they still in business? Looks as if they don't want my big order.

There have been a number of complaints, on different boards, about them not answering the telephone or emails recently.
I would not touch them with a barge pole, having had bad service from them a number of years ago. Do not even think of giving them your hard earned money. That's my opinion.

I would tend to agree, if they can't answer the phone to take orders, they will be even less likely to answer it should you experience any problems with your purchase.

Well I am pleased I mentioned it in here. Whilst I would have paid through my credit card as a bit of security I don't need the hassle. Will have to see who else has got what I need. Thanks.
