Under A Cloud ...as usual

Once again ...celestial events are hidden from us poor residents of the north west...
How I envy those of you South of the midlands ...who should be treated to a spectacular night as the meteor shower reaches its peak around 4am this morning..
A huge gap in the cloud which is travelling South ..
Sadly nowt down for us near Manchester ..as the the cloud gap already came and went about an hour ago.
Good hunting everyone ...and please post any pics should you be lucky enough to spot anything.
..As for me ...I shall just sit under a cloud and mope ...as once again I'm denied the spectacle.

And tyo add insult injury its either drizzling or snowing gently outside atm! :-sball

Hard to tell with the wind swirling around the cottage throwing the particles every which way.

100% cloud cover here as well.

Will set the alarm to go off for the eclipse tomorrow, but I fear all that will happen is it will be slightly gloomier than usual.

I didn't see any difference between the normal gloom of the heavily clouded sky and the partial eclipse!
