Underworld 204 & Ipnosys 21 have been released with an update for BIS keys.
 
There is no link, just type underworld204, no spaces, into google, or other search engine, and you will soon find it, although you wont open much, Digi TV is now using Nagra 3 encryption so not open.
If you have a look for the latest Diablo keys.bin file it will tell you the channels open, but as stated there's not a lot left on cams or cards.
