Searching for a User Manual or copy for an old Uniden UST-2000 Analogue satellite receiver

I think it is very similar to the UST5000/5500/6000 model

Yeah spotted that one CH, iv'e searched the web but come up with blanks.
These early old Analogue Unidens have the 70MHz loops but the ones coming up in searches are in the US.... Iv'e nabbed a really cheap as chips Uniden UST-2000 from Stateside to have a dabble with for looking at the PAL sigs from 70°West.
I'm still doing work with different external 5G filters at the moment. Iv'e got really good 5G elliminating results with a 3.9~4.2GHz filter from the SatMaximum store but at the expense of loosing more rx spectrum that i'd like to.
Have got a 3.8~4.2GHz filter coming tomorrow for evaluation from the same supplier which might put me in the best compromise rx position ??.

Why do you require the operating manual ? Would a service manual be better ?

Either or both really, just to get a bit more aquainted with the operation of the thing. There seems to be very little info or video's of UST-2000 receivers. I'd like to get more educated with the reasoning of the numbered pre-sets for instance located underneath the receiver.

What a sod then

Well i'll go to the foot of our stairs - must have been took down before i started searching

Did you also try mailing Uniden itself?

Maybe they still have something in their archives...

Another good suggestion A33, thank you.
The seller from the sold item link, in post#8 has answered back positively to my request to have a search for further info.

Uniden changed dramatically in the mid 90's, everything to do with analogue satellite reception was binned after the last models were released.

If they hadn't scanned the manual before selling they are a few grains short of a loaf.

Iv'e fired off a message to Uniden just on the off-chance
