Unknown Satellite 57W (ish)

I have found 3 transponders, but I am unable to locate the sat they are coming from.

2=11510,H,3199,35,142,|-65 dBm, 0.4 dB
3=11657,H,2669,35,149,|-66 dBm, 1.6 dB
