- Premium Q and Chess receivers,with 2 Dishes aimed at Astra 19.2 and Hotbird

I have a PremiumQ 2650F Digital Satelite Receiver, and a Satelite dish of 110 cms size pointing at Astra 19,2e and Hotbird with two Lnbs.
Because of unstable reception of all channels on the DSF transponder Fq 12480 27500 Vertical , I have deleted them all and performed a fresh Manual Intallation.
Which rendered 9 Channels with Unknown names/Numbers amongst which DSF under Number 3225 i.e. v.1023 A.1024 P1023, which at times converts to a Shopping channel.
My signal strength is AGC 70% and quality BER 0- 23- 30% (Unstable).
Despite all these unfortunately I continue to get a distorted and unstable image and sound on all of them.
I have tried the same things on another receiver namely, Chess Digital 7000 Ci, without success.
Please note that the rest of my channels list, both on Astra 19.2 and Hotbird work fine.
My location is in Athens/Greece.
