I mean the lite version.

You need a Cas 2 or Cas 3 programmer, and as both the Diablo and Cas programmer are from duolabs I don't think they will be producing any software allowing you to programme the Cam using a PCMCIA slot.

No you can't update it with a card, the cam, and Cas programmer, are both made by duolabs, and the only way to programme a Diablo light cam, with new Stealth firmware, is by using a Cas 2 or Cas 3.
Once the firmware is installed, you can manually uipdate the keys, similar to the old Matrix, and Dragon Cams.
