B16MCC: Thanks for the bouquet; I installed it on Dream Elite Blackhole on my 500HD.

It has one problem (I don't know if others are experiencing the same problem) in that it adds a whole bunch of satellites, which I dont have, to my satellite list on the green button. It also adds an entry for CABLE, which I don't have. I managed to delete the satellite entries, but the CABLE entry will not delete, no matter how I try. So when you are looking at all the channels on a satellite, you have to clean up the list before using it.

Hi mate, as mentioned above that's the reason I've started from scratch on my DM800. I've flashed the box with Dream Elite too and got it setup to 28e only at the moment. I'll use this to dev the bouquets so they won't have any other stuff involved. So far they've been done on my 8000 which runs my motor dish and has 'Other' tuners in too, hence the extra stuff you don't need.

You haven't got a channel list for a motorised dish have you?

I know the bouquet includes the channels in all services but it would be great to get a decent bouquet for the motorised one.

after flashing my dm500s i set ip to manual than scan 28 east, 13 east ect. i than add fav list but some times list has loaded but there is no signal streangh. I than rescan all sat again which fixes the problem.

is this order incorrect after flashing do i need to add current sattellite.xml/add fav list AND THAN SCAN SATS ?

Channels are moved around quite regularly. For this reason I don't use downloaded configurations of any sort. I set it all up for myself. I have downloaded some bouquets and burnt my fingers, requiring a reflash of the box.
If you load 'old' configuration files, you are very likely to get untunable channels, which will/might be fixed by a rescan. Note that sometimes channel names are changed as well, and this will make the channels in bouquets untunable.

to be honest i have not had any luck myself with loading settings . loading from blue button directly from the server the latest file should not cause any issues but for i normally do it manually. problem is it takes for ever if you have motorised setup. b16mcc 28 list is the most success i have had so far but if i want to add my own to this im not sure whether i should scan and sort my favs than add b16mcc for 28 east or add b16mcc after a reciever flash than scan other sats than do my own for the remaing sats.

I would probably add the bouquets then scan other sats. The next release of these bouquets will be a completely fresh set including only a satellites.xml file that has only 28e in it. This will be a much cleaner and up to date starting point. Expect the next release by the weekend.

hi all i am trying to put the sky uk bouquet on the dm500-s clone but with no luck.

i have done all that was mentioned on the tutorial but after the transfer i re-boot the box but the bouquet is not there!

any help would be greatfully appreciated

i think so, i am using darkstar 2 and i also noticed i have a lot of the channels missing in the normal tv chan list

i wasnt pressing the relode settings on dreambox button after sending files to dreambox.....

can the bouquets be set up so that when i press 106 it goes to sky 1?

as ive set this up on a box i have given my auntie and the bouquets are there and are gr8 but there are 2 lots of numbers, ie the number assigned to it by the box and then the bouquet number....

would be brilliant for her if she could just use the bouquet number and go to channels...

That's what the latest one does.

Have you read my last post about changing teh settings in dbedit to allow duplicate channels? If not then re-import the bouquet & ensure you do that first, it'll then work.

Hi guys, I've reworked the bouquets from scratch using my DM800 setup to 28.2e only. The new V2.0 bouquet consists of 1 bouquet containing all channels using 'Place holder channels' to ensure the channel numbering is consistant with the original Sly EPG list. This means, if you enter channel 106 you'll get Sly One, or if you enter 536, you'll get Discovery HD, exactly as you would on a Sly box.

Also included are the following bouquets with no place holder channels.

I've used the official Sly Website EPG to compile this list, so hopefully its as up to date as it possibly can be.

Important note:- When you open Dreambox Edit, check the Options page and in the Advanced tab ensure you have checked 'Allow duplicate entries in (user) bouquets'. This is essential for the channel numbering to work in the first bouquet. If you do not check this option all the place holder channels will be removed and screw up the numbering. Check the screen shot attached.
