I have a Diablo Cam Light card ver 2.2,

The card is used and very good condition,

It has some software installed on it already,

Can i updated to a 2.3 card to make the card the same as the new one

yes, you can by paying 30 euro. Just surf on the Duolabs web site for more info.

Do you have a CAS programmer? If no then you need it too

someone told me you can do this at home must be true.
 
You can follow what Lautro says, thats how I did mine.
