hi every one,
i am having a bit of a problem with updating my matrix reloaded cam. the software version on it is 1.055. i used a laptop pcmcia and used the loader software from matrixcam site. but it does not get downloaded and a message pops up saying ''error downloading software,reinsert cam''.i tried reinserting but no use. do i need to erase the existing firmware before using the loader?
if yes is it done in the stb? In the matrix cam site they instruct to use a PCMCIA adapter in the laptop section. Is it needed?
please help.....
