upgrade using fun cards

Hello everybody,
Why since the version MRV 2.16 the upgrade by funcard isn't supported anymore.

If the cam is original MRev, then funcard update will be fine.
It's only when you chang MM or MR into MRev that card reading facility is disabled.

Files are available for funcards 5,6 and 7, for mrv 219 anyway!!
